The Academy of Fine Arts atLaurel Highlands High School
The Academy of Fine Arts is a dynamic and integral part of the total school experience, offering education in art, music, and theatre. Graduates have gone on to be successful musicians, artists, and actors. From designing and drawing to acting on stage or performing in concert, LH has a wide variety of performing and visual arts options open to all of our students.
The Academy of Fine Arts is designed to focus students’ electives around the fine arts to better prepare them for post-secondary study. Students seeking to major in art, music, or theatre must meet with an advisor of their particular interest of study by the beginning of their sophomore year.
