Percussion Ensemble

The Percussion Ensemble first formed in 2009 as a result of the school district allowing the division of music to schedule the class during the school day.  Percussion Ensemble consists of 30 students in grades nine through twelve.  This course includes studies in battery percussion, effect percussion, timpani, steel drums and other forms of multi-cultural music.  The Percussion Ensemble plays a wide variety of percussion ensemble music in addition to providing the percussion section to the Symphonic Band.
